End of Year 2012

Now...it's already end of year 2012. Expecting there will be changes in my department structure. It's obvious that with me alone, how can this department grow. They are taking over a training provider to handle the training requirement for this company and its clients. This is already in my mind and I have made a proposal to the boss. It just that she is taking her friend's company instead of mine. This is normal but they are gambling when they are taking over another company. The same thing happen in my previous company. But at least there is a progress from the current situation.

Nothing big or extravagant I expect from this whole situation. I'm just passing my time. Rather than staying at home doing nothing, might as well I use my brain to work and there is something to look forward to.

What a hectic job

At times, this job can be hectic at one time and stress free at another time. Actually not only I have to focus on my job but I also have to take care all the house matters from the husband, children, company as well as myself. Well..it's common for all moms nowadays. It's a different situation compared with old times when our mom have to focus on the household matters only. I don't know ...may be children nowadays really pains in the neck or they just simply can't live without their parents. My eldest son, just starting his study at UKM but feel like he is still in secondary school. Asking myself how to write an event proposal, how to organize event...what do you expect? Search lah in the internet, google it out. He's the project manager. Learn lah. Oh my God...And my husband...very bad financial manager. Have to rely on me to manage the company. If I were to leave it to him, then there will be zero balance and we have to search high and low for new fund. My job...it's another story by itself. I have to make sure training is on every month, getting the participants, organize the trainer, F&B and what not. Oh well...it's life ...luckily I don't have to drive from home to work to home. At least I have a driver and I can sleep on the way...

It's all about money. Yes..it's simply bad money management.

hi...benci betul keje i skrg ni. actually keje ni dah ok dah, cume bile terpaksa keje sedangkan i dah malas nak keje. itulah pasalnye.

nasib baik boss tak kacau sangat cume bile member i tak de, terpaksa lah i direct deal dgn die. ape nak takut. i dah biase keje dgn md, ceo, director. cume boss ni lain mcm sikit sebab suke membebel. tak professional langsung.

After 20 years of marriage

2012 is the 20th years of our marriage. A lot of ups and downs we have been going through and feel like can't stand anymore. The challenges are proportionately and equally balance out with my patient and strength given by God. If I were in 30s, feel like the world is so unfair but at this age, everything seems nothing and it's just one part of life games.

How long do we have to live this life? Another 5 years, 6, 7, 8 years. Nothing is certain. Sometimes thinking of the life after marriage, it makes me think how my children will face theirs in the near future. The challenges are so great and only with patient, determination, hard work will the marriage last. We have to train and instill those skills from now so that they won't fail in transition. Just pray everything will be alright. Insyaallah.

2nd Child - goes to Matric

Her situation is different with the eldest son. Suhailah was offered a place at Matriculation but denied for a place at IPTA. The temporary solution is to accept the matriculation offer and at the same time appeal for the place at IPTA (she chose Tahmidi USIM).

I thought it is as easy as Luqman but this time around the situation is different. I have to figure out the action to take taking the consideration of our financial situation.

Thistle, Port Dickson

2012 holidays treat to Thistle, Port Dickson. It was an interesting resort & spa, but have to spend more for the aura and ambience. The children love it especially the food. Alhamdullilah for the opportunity and rezeki from God.

New job environment

Effective January 2012, I got a transfer from project management to training department. What a relief ! At last I manage to get out from that misery job. But, this time the working place is quite far from my home. My hubby will have to send and fetch me everyday. Actually, God listens to my prayer. Now my hubby have to be discipline - since he has to wake up early in the morning and come back home with me everyday. I hope this will bring us closer as before.

May be it's for the better since before this - if I work near to my home, I have to do all the housechores myself. From these few weeks, it seems I have more time to myself since my work also not really busy. Thanks Allah.
